Audiobooks are my new way of dealing with traffic without wanting to stab someone.
This book has been so enlightening for me and I recommend it if you are doing a
little soul searching and want to improve your being...without stabbing someone.
Life's tragedy is that we get old too soon and wise too late

I can feel myself getting older every time I
say something about my childhood to my kids.
Ew, Seriously? That is so gross.
Finally! A Geico commercial that IS funny.
It's the little things in life.
Mothers of Teenagers Know Why Animals Eat Their Young.

I.will.not.kill.
I.will.not.kill.
I.will.not.kill.
It's Killer!

You know when you finish a really good book and then that
feeling of sadness hits when you realize there are no
more left in the series to read? No?
Am I a dork?
How dare you!
I just finished the latest Dexter book called Double Dexter.
It was so good, and so finished in a matter of days. Sigh...
Now what?
First we make our habits, then our habits make us.

I'm pretty sure the last two pictures were inspired by actual events at my house.

Bodega and Blood
I was visiting my mom out of town this weekend and
while watching her 4 channel TV..yes 4 channels,
I saw this!
errr.... Rather,HEARD this!!
I don't think I have ever in my life welcomed
the idea that a Guitar Center commercial was on
TV...
until this.
“I shall not die of a cold. I shall die of having lived.”..no I'm pretty sure Im dying from cold...
You know the scene in A Christmas Carol where Bob Cratchit
is warming himself over one single candle? This is me at work.
FREEZING!!! Why do all offices have to come with a "freeze"
setting for employees? I can't even concentrate!!!!

All the dream quotes for this post sucked.
I had a dream last night that I was carpooling to work with Andy Griffith.
It wasn't this memory of Andy Griffith that filled my dream...

.....
It was this one:

He was driving and talking a lot and next thing I know
he drove us off a cliff but we were just suspended in
air talking about how he drove us off a cliff.
Yep..my dreams are made of GOLD I tell ya. GOLD!
If death meant just leaving the stage long enough to change costume and come back as a new character...Would you slow down? Or speed up?
I'm pretty sure I danced and lip synched to this song about
1000 times when I was younger...and I wanted to be Whitney.
A small 12 year old white girl in 1987 from Phoenix can dream right?
R.I.P. Whitney. You made me smile many times.
